The Discovery Tour

A unique journey into our corner of Tuscany, told through colors, aromas, and flavours. The goal is to offer you a 360-degree tasting experience, precise and engaging, immersed in the beauty of our rose garden overlooking the Pomaia plateau.
After a brief introduction to the history of our winery and the region, we will guide you through a tour of the cellar, where you can observe up close the fermentation and aging processes that bring our wines to life.
The visit will conclude with the tasting of three wines, each from a different line of our production (Selection, Single Varietals, and Terroir), all based on Ciliegiolo grape variety. This is the perfect opportunity to discover the various nuances of a native Tuscan grape that embodies the soul and tradition of our land.
A sensory experience that will allow you to immerse yourself in our philosophy and the passion we pour into every bottle.

What's included?

Tasting of 3 wines (Rosato PENTEO, Ciliegiolo SILENO, OPERAUNDICI) served along with locally produced bread & schiacciata, pecorino cheese, salame and extra virgin olive oil.

Services, reservations and payments

Reservations are highly recommended.
Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, or on-site.
For groups of 8 or more people, a reservation and a deposit of €20 per person are required, with the balance paid at the winery.
