The itinerary begins with a brief introduction to the history of our winery and the region. We’ll continue with a visit to the cellar, where you can observe the fermentation and aging processes, followed by a stroll through the vineyard rows to learn about our approach to cultivation.
The final tasting will offer a unique opportunity to discover the differences derived from aging in various materials:
Stainless steel, for a fresh and clean expression of the wine.
Terracotta amphorae, which provide elegance and complexity through gentle micro-oxygenation.
French oak, which enhances the wine with structure and enveloping aromatic notes.
A sensory experience that will help you understand the fundamental role of the aging method, revealing how it transforms and elevates every glass.
4 wines for tasting:
Tasting of 4 wines (Vermentino PENTEO, Fiano ARTUME, Cabernet Franc SILENO, Cabernet Franc ATTEONE), ) served along with locally produced bread & schiacciata, pecorino cheese, salame and extra virgin olive oil.
Reservations are highly recommended.
Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, or on-site.
For groups of 8 or more people, a reservation and a deposit of €20 per person are required, with the balance paid at the winery.
